Our Partners
Pacific Associates works closely with community organizations, training providers, and workforce systems to ensure people have the support they need to access employment, build skills, and achieve long‑term stability. Many of these partnerships include co‑located staff and shared service delivery to reduce barriers and improve outcomes.
Workforce System Partners
Workforce Snohomish (WFS): PA provides WIOA employment services in partnership with Workforce Snohomish, supporting individuals with job search, career planning, and access to training.
Seattle–King County Workforce Development Council (SeaKing WDC): In partnership with SeaKing WDC, PA delivers WIOA and Economic Security for All (EcSA) services that support employment, training participation, and financial stabilization.
Social Security Administration – Ticket to Work: PA provides direct Ticket to Work services for individuals receiving Social Security disability benefits. Our WIPA‑trained benefits counselors help participants understand how work impacts SSI and SSDI, use available work incentives, and pursue employment with greater confidence. SeaKing WDC is our administrative partner for this state wide program.
King County Financial Stability Program: Through partnership with King County, PA specializes in supporting veterans and individuals with disabilities, using employment as a core strategy for improving financial stability and long‑term economic independence.
Community Colleges
Pacific Associates maintains co‑located staff at Edmonds College, Everett Community College, and Shoreline Community College, working alongside WorkForce departments on campus. Through this shared model, we provide employment support, benefits planning, and financial stabilization services that complement education and training programs, helping students persist through schooling and transition into employment with greater confidence.
Industry & Training Pathways
Vigor Welding Program (South Seattle College): We currently support participants with stipends that reduce financial barriers while they complete hands‑on welding training and prepare for careers in skilled trades.
MLK Gandhi Empowerment Initiative (Seattle): PA has supported past cohorts of this IT training program by providing stipends to help participants remain engaged during training, and continues to support its mission to expand access to technology careers.
Community & Employment Partners
Blue Cone Studios (Capitol Hill): In partnership with Blue Cone Studios, PA provides employment support to individuals interested in building careers in the creative economy.
Evergreen Goodwill: PA works with Evergreen Goodwill to support job placement and advancement, helping participants start at Goodwill and assisting current employees with career growth.
Traction – Project Open Arms: PA partners with Traction to provide employment support for individuals relocating to the Pacific Northwest, helping them build stability and connection as they resettle.
Veterans Services
Pacific Associates co‑locates staff at the King County Veterans Program in Tukwila and North Seattle, providing scheduled one‑hour, one‑on‑one employment assistance sessions. Veterans receive individualized job search support, career planning, and guidance toward stable civilian employment in trusted, accessible settings.
